Essential Job Functions:
ο§ Plan, organize and implement sustainable staffing strategy
ο§ Investigate companyβs staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly
ο§ Work with recruiting agencies when needed
ο§ Identify hard to fill roles and take proactive actions
ο§ Assist in new employee onboarding
ο§ Assist in candidate screening and interviewing
ο§ Evaluate new staff
ο§ Assist with new employee orientation
ο§ Design and plan work shift schedules
ο§ Provide assistance with payroll procedures and activities
ο§ Manage/ maintain timesheet, client notes and action
ο§ Creates and upload job postings, conduct employee screenings and background checks
ο§ Manages and updates employee files as needed
ο§ Manage day-to-day office operations including opening and closing office at during office hours
ο§ Provide executive assistance as-needed
ο§ Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective referral sources
ο§ Meet with patients and/or their family members at their homes or in the hospital as needed.
ο§ Explain the benefits and differentiators of our Home Care Agency, and initiate the intake process
Position Qualifications:
o High school diploma required; Associates degree in Human resources, business administration or similar relevant field strongly preferred
o 2 years of experience as a staffing coordinator or similar role
o Knowledge of staffing trends and best practices
o Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
o Critical thinker with a problem- solving mind
