Our Ambassador team is finally in action! We have four amazing students who all wanted to get more involved and connected to the studio and our yoga community.

We couldn’t be more excited to bring them into our team….to help elevate your experience at the studio and to be an added support to our incredible teachers.

These are the four lovely faces you’ll start seeing at the desk once a week. Meet Evan, Sarah, Christa and Maddy!

Curious about what being an Ambassador is all about? Don’t hesitate to ask one of these gals if you see them, or send us a message.

October brings about a shift in the season. A season where we can slow down, take time to notice the changes, to settle back into balance, to let go of what needs to be released.

Restorative and Yin classes are back on the schedule this fall! Find grounding on your mat this month, to rest and let go.

New Teacher Spotlight: Come practice with our newest teacher to the studio, Nicole DeBloois, every Wednesday at 5:15pm for Hot Yoga Sculpt.

We are pumped to be expanding our Sculpt teacher roster and bring you more class options for this upcoming fall and winter season. Nicole will be taking over our current evening class, and a new morning time slot will hit the schedule in September!

✨✨ About Nicole ✨✨

Nicole began her yoga practice in 2012 to “stretch out” after long distance runs. She was initially drawn to the challenge and athleticism of Power Yoga and was instantly hooked on how strong and grounded it made her feel. After being sidelined by injuries and unable to run, Nicole started coming to her mat more often and noticed the tremendous impacts it was having on her body and mind and the connection they had to one another. The desire to share these gifts with others inspired her to complete her 200-hour teacher training in 2017. In 2018, she completed her Yoga Sculpt training, a perfect fit for her love of fitness, music, and fun!

Nicole believes that yoga is for everybody and strives to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where students of all levels feel seen, welcomed, and inspired to move in a way that feels authentic to them. Her dynamic flows and beat-based Sculpt classes offer the opportunity for challenge and presence while building confidence and community.

It’s that time again. We have a little collection of items that have been here a long while and are ready to go home. If you see something that’s yours, come grab it from the counter asap.

Anything still left after July 31st will be donated.

Thanks for helping us practice Saucha by keeping our little studio space clean and tidy. 🥰

✨Introducing our new Ambassador Program✨

This month marks our 2nd birthday as a studio and we finally feel it’s time to create an Ambassador team for the studio and for you all.

➡️ What: We are looking to build a small team of Ambassadors, who will commit to working one class shift per week and help represent the studio out in the community.

➡️ How: Ambassadors will set-up/clean-up the studio before and after class, check students in for class to better help our teachers start class on time, and have a once a month studio cleaning task.

➡️ Why: Ambassadors will receive FREE unlimited yoga in return, and a guaranteed spot in your shift class. They will also be included in all team gatherings/meetings.

If you are looking for a way to get more connected, could use free yoga classes, considering teacher training in the future, and maybe just love our yoga community…this might be for you!

➡️ We are now actively accepting Ambassador applications, with the expectation of launching sometime in the fall. Fill out an application here and we will connect with you soon (link also in bio): tinyurl.com/Resilience-Ambassador

New Teacher Spotlight: If you haven’t been to the studio recently, you’ve got to come in and meet Heather Ardis!

Heather joined the Resilience team in June and we are so thrilled to have her passion and knowledge here in the Teton Valley! Join her for a Morning Hot Flow every Tuesday at 7:00am

✨✨✨About Heather ✨✨✨

“Yoga, for me, is not merely a personal journey but a form of activism—a means to cultivate compassion, mindfulness, and inclusivity in our lives and communities. By practicing ahimsa, we can foster kindness toward ourselves and others, creating ripple effects of peace and understanding in the world around us. This philosophy reminds us that every breath and movement has the potential to inspire positive change.
In this space, I aim to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of background or experience. Whether you are seeking physical wellness, emotional balance, or spiritual connection, you will find support and encouragement here. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and shared growth—one rooted in respect, love, and the belief that every individual holds immense value.

My passion for yoga blossomed from my love for mountain sports; as an avid ski mountaineer, biker and runner I initially practiced to physically restore and strengthen. Throughout years of dedicated practice, I became deeply rooted in the philosophy and history of the practice.

I held a career in sports medicine for a decade and bring an extensive understanding of anatomy and physiology to the mat. I have a comprehensive wheelhouse of over 500 hours of training in vinyasa, power, hot, sculpt and restorative yoga from Maui, Crested Butte and Boulder. I have over 2,000 hours of teaching experience and bring elements of chanting and pranayama to a powerful asana driven class. I’ve had the honor of leading over 20 200 hour YTTs and enjoy leading international yoga retreats.

When I am not sharing the gift of yoga, you can find me running in the mountains, traveling around the world, gardening or adventuring in my van with my pup and husband, Daniel. I also enjoy a career in wildlife conservation travel.”
