With over 30 years of practice, TK blends her dance and fitness background with the wisdom of many yoga traditions. She believes that if you are breathing and aware of your breath, you are already practicing yoga.
TK’s classes invite strength, balance, and a renewed connection to yourself. When she’s not on the mat, you’ll find her outdoors with her dog Aggy or lost in a good book.
