I’ve been working through a lot behind the scenes, and I noticed how quickly I can jump into fear, pressure, or self-doubt.

But every time I pause and reconnect with my body, something shifts.
My creativity returns.
My clarity returns.
I return.

I’m seeing this with clients too: when we stop forcing and start listening, the system softens. We find our way back to presence, and the next step becomes clearer.

Maybe someone needs this reminder today:
You don’t have to force your way forward.
There’s another way — a gentler, wiser one. 🤍

I wanted to pinch myself getting this photo! Being with and hearing so much goodness from two of and my most favorite GREATS!! I have been so blessed to learn so much from Richard Schwartz founder of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Harville Hendrix founder of Imago. These men are truly remarkable and trailblazers for the human psyche, relationship, social ,and cultural change.
