✨ Meet Tina, Lead Radiology Technologist at Ally Medical ER Dripping Springs ✨
Our Lead Radiology Technologists are a vital part of emergency care. Through accurate, timely imaging, they help providers make critical diagnoses while also taking the time to care for patients as people. In a freestanding ER setting, their role allows for both precision and personal connection when it matters most.
For Tina, the Dripping Springs community feels like family.
“I love the small-town feel of our community, and I love being able to take care of the people I know and love.”
Outside of work, Tina enjoys making memories with her family. She loves going on vacation, hiking, kayaking, watching the Astros play, and cheering on the local Wimberley Texans.
She describes herself as loyal, faithful, and caring.
“I am extremely loyal to my family and friends, I love God and do my best to put Him above everything, and I truly enjoy taking care of the people in my life.”
Tina enjoys caring for patients in a freestanding emergency room because it allows for meaningful connection.
“We’re able to slow down, listen, and really get to know our patients on a more personal level. That’s something you don’t always get the chance to do in a hospital setting.”
Her favorite part about working at Ally Medical ER is the people she works alongside.
“It makes such a difference going to work every morning knowing I have the best team.”
With nearly 23 years in radiology, Tina takes pride in her role as a Lead Radiology Technologist.
“Being a lead means all those years have paid off. It’s not always easy, but I’m truly blessed to work with knowledgeable, hardworking radiology techs.”
One thing Tina wishes patients knew about radiology in emergency care is just how essential it is.
“Without radiology, there would be no diagnosis. We’re often the first to see what’s really wrong. I’ve celebrated with patients when bones weren’t broken and cried with patients when unexpected diagnoses were found. It’s not an easy job, but it’s one I love and I’m proud to do.”
Drop a ❤️ in the comments to celebrate Tina and thank her for the care she brings to the Dripping Springs community every day!
