We celebrated Employee Appreciation Day in a very special way this year, our residents hosted the celebration for our staff! 💛

Our residents truly love showing their gratitude, and this turned into one of the most heartwarming moments in our community. Staff gathered in the main lobby while each resident selected a team member to personally thank with a flower and a big hug. The smiles, laughter, and joy filled the entire room, there wasn’t a single person who wasn’t happy.

We also had a staff drawing and goodie bags, followed by everyone coming together to enjoy snacks. Our staff even helped serve the residents so we could all share the moment together.

This was such a meaningful and unique experience for our residents, and they absolutely loved being able to give back to the caregivers who support them every day. Our wonderful staff were truly touched by the appreciation and love from the residents.

Moments like this remind us that care goes both ways at Avir at Dripping Springs.
