These are hand harvested & created at Avena from their Biodynamic farm. Rose is a daily in our house first thing at 5am. It's like drinking Love. Each day we start in a place of Heart Space. I don't always stay there as news filters in or conversations occur. When I feel overwhelmed or like the world is melting, I turn to another dropperful of beautiful Rose Elixir. I like to roll it around on my tongue to take in & absorb all the flavors & then swallow with my eyes closed so I can soak it all in. It slowly moves down to my Heart Space & I feel a dose of love & calm. Broken Heart Remedy is Roses best friend. On extra hard days I work with them both.
