Hey Friends, here is the new newsletter! Today's issue is more music-centric, and I invite you all to have a look at cool stuff happening, starting TOMORROW/ Tues Mar 3rd with Høly River.

This past few days have been rough, as chaos has stirred a heavy uncertainty across the planet (again). THEREFORE I leaned into one of the cutest + heart touching stories on the interwebs...
Punch-kun, the Japanese macaque.

I shared what he means to me, and use his story as a reminder of compassion. We need that.

Here is your reminder of the human NEED for compassion, connection, and acceptance...if only we could please remember to extend this to ourselves and other human beings, we would truly jump - at the speed of light - into greater evolution of our consciousness.

These healing conversations and music are all energy medicine, it is all good vibrations, it is all love!

There are a few things happening across north Georgia tomorrow, and I invite you all to mark your calendars for March 21st, and the return of Mirabai Moon!

And lastly, this reminder, to be SOFT with yourself. The world is hard right now. BE SOFT. This is simply an invitation to be kinder, gentler, and an invitation to lay down your internal weapons. Those tend to do the most harm.
