Join Yoga Flow with Lisa Mo for a special yoga experience for children ages 4 to 8 and their grownups at Peace of Mind Yoga on Saturday, December 13 from 10:30-11:30 am.

Together we will enjoy a holiday story, mindfulness activities, and yoga-inspired movement and dance set to our favorite festive and joyful songs!

A limited number of yoga mats will be available to borrow on a first come, first served basis, but please bring your own if you are able. Please dress comfortably for movement and arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and set up your space.

Please note: you will not be dropping off your child for this workshop; it is an experience for you to enjoy together.

Workshop investment is $25 for an adult + 1 child. ($10 for each additional child--contact Lisa to register to bring more than one child.)

Class size is limited to 8 groups, register today! Registration fee is non-refundable. Treat your registration like a movie or concert ticket. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a friend by contacting lisa.molendini@gmail.com a minimum of 1 hour prior to classtime.

Lisa holds all required state and federal clearances to work with children, and teaches from a neurodiversity-informed, neurodiversity-affirming perspective.
