Hi everyone, my name is Kim and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Guide. My certifications earned from ISSA and NPTI have given me the skills and knowledge to be ready to help people with their health and fitness goals. I have also earned the Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification. I’ve always been an active person: school sports, bikes with and without motors, kickboxing, fitness classes, and the extreme contact sport of roller derby. My hobbies were great timekeepers but didn’t produce the physical results I was looking for. Although I remained very active, I still ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted which resulted in bloating, nausea, fatigue and just feeling blah. I wanted to be able to be active for life so I knew I needed a change. In 2020 I found group strength training classes and hired a nutrition coach to help me figure out my stomach trouble. They taught me a lot and it was undeniable that I felt 1000% better! It made me feel strong, capable, and empowered! I really enjoyed learning about fitness, fuel for my body, and putting it to use. I’ve developed a passion for helping people make positive changes in their health and fitness. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out! My goal is to teach people how to transform their bodies in a simple, fun, healthy, and sustainable way. I understand that every body is unique, so customizing each program based on individual goals is a must! Today, I coach women’s fitness classes, work one-on-one with people to help them reach their health and fitness goals, and help recognize and correct mobility and stability issues so my clients can feel better, work out better, and live without pain.
