If you’ve been thinking about coming to a group run but feel a little nervous… tonight is the PERFECT night to join us.

We know group runs can feel intimidating.

The Herrin Sports Complex is a 1.3-mile loop, so:
✔️ You won’t get lost
✔️ You can run or walk at your own pace
✔️ We’ll see each other every loop
✔️ No one gets left out

Our goal isn’t speed. It’s community.
We do our best to stick together, encourage each other, and make sure everyone feels welcome—whether you’re training for a marathon or just starting out.

Saturday, February 7th run is moving to 2 pm to take advantage of warmer temperatures and ice cream for breakfast. Meet us in front of the grandstand at Du Quoin State Fairgrounds.

Hey walkers or runners, do you need extra cash?

Thanks to Jackie & Jesse Gomes you have a chance to win the pot at a prediction run this Sunday, February 8th at 3 pm. Meet in front of grandstand at Du Quoin State Fairgrounds. Walkers and runners both welcome. ANYONE CAN WIN. It’s not about who’s the fastest. You can be dead last and still win.

Show up. Bring $1. Guess the time it will take you to complete the distance. Two distances to pick from. The person closest to their time WINS!!! The catch is…. No watches or phones allowed.

What a great return on investment. Better health and more money. And dont worry, you’ll be home in time for the Super Bowl. Weather is predicted to be great for this time of year.
