My patient today has been in therapy for weeks with someone else (great, dependable and trusted)
He’s been improving — walking better, moving more — so I was expecting a smooth discharge.

But today he came in with shoulder and back pain.

Instead of overcomplicating things, I gave him 3 simple exercises — no fluffs, no frills.
