🏆 Longest Active Coach Award – Coach Toyo

Coaching goes beyond instruction. Coach Toyo’s influence shows up in every class and every life she touches.

Coach Toyo joined Mutiny CrossFit as a member, bringing a strong athletic foundation from basketball and a deep commitment to personal growth. Through dedication and discipline, she earned her CrossFit Level 1 Certificate and quickly stepped into coaching group classes and personal training.

Over the past five years, she has built a loyal group of clients who continue to train with her because of one defining value: making people feel good while helping them get stronger. That value is present in every class she leads and every personal training session she coaches.

Mutiny CrossFit is also where life unfolded—she met her husband here, and today their children are part of the Mutiny community. Her family’s presence reflects the culture she helps build every day.

As a wife, mother, full-time professional, and coach, she sets the example by prioritizing her own training with consistency and purpose. No excuses. Just commitment.
