Giselle is one of our most committed morning athletes. She shows up early, warms up with intention, and stays after class to make sure she’s prepared to keep progressing. She has even stepped onto the competition floor at local events, proudly representing Mutiny.

If there’s one word that describes Giselle, it’s humble. She works hard, supports her classmates, and balances her training with a deep dedication to her family.

Meet Jonathan — our 50 Classes in 90 Days Winner!

Jonathan’s commitment to showing up speaks volumes. He trains alongside his sister and cousin, balancing long days as a machinist with consistent effort inside the gym.

He’s improved his lifts by attending our Saturday Weightlifting Seminars and brings great energy to every class — especially when it’s his turn to pick the music (rap fans know!).

Jonathan shared, “I was new to CrossFit, and they were super helpful with scaling, technique, and encouraging me to push myself every workout.”

Coach Rajiv helped celebrate Jonathan’s victory — a well-earned milestone that shows what consistency, community, and effort can achieve.
