We love collaborating with local resources so we can all best serve our kids!

Last Tuesday, we had the pleasure of welcoming two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) from Essential Pieces, a program of the Community Service Board of Middle Georgia. They provided specialized training for our therapy team focused on behavior-sensitive care and thoughtful treatment approaches.

This training helps us better understand how past experiences can impact a childโ€™s learning, behavior, and communication. By strengthening our knowledge in this area, we are able to provide care that is not only effective, but also supportive, respectful, and responsive to each childโ€™s unique needs.

We are grateful for the opportunity to learn from their expertise and look forward to incorporating these behavior-sensitive strategies into our therapy sessions to better serve the families we support.
