Meet Katie—one of our incredible GoYoga barre teachers who brings a grounding, thoughtful presence to everything she leads. For this special workshop, Katie will be guiding Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative practice designed to calm the nervous system and support whole-body balance.

Katie will be joined by , Registered Dietitian, for Nutrition & Yoga Nidra: Rebalance Your Gut & Nervous System on 2/20 from 6–7:30pm. Together, they’ll offer tools for nourishment, rest, and regulation—inside and out.
