Your immune system is your best friend right now...
It's a crazy time and there is a lot of unknown in our day to day routines. Here are some things you can do to boost your immune system!
• Wash your hands! This means warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds, several times a day.
• Take Zinc - lozenges are best for absorption
• Don't forget to sanitize your phones and other devices.
• Avoid touching your face. If you sneeze or cough remember to sneeze or cough into your arm.
• Vitamin C: Chinese hospitals have reported giving high doses of Vit. C through IV and have seen significant improvement in affected patients.
• Sleep: Sleep is so important for your immune system. Shoot for 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
• Essential Oils: This is a daily thing at both home and office; diffusing and using essential oils topically such as On Guard on a regular basis. EO's work at a cellular level and have anti-viral properties. The best anti-viral EO's are
