✨ Lower Blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, subtle fat transfer and chemical peel to lower eyelid skin

Absolutely ecstatic with this outcome for my beautiful patient one month after her procedure!

She was already stunning, but was bothered by the bags underneath her eyes despite trying microneedling and PRP injections.

She underwent the procedure under sedation in our office and did incredibly well! At one month she has an excellent result, and I expect more improvement over the next few months.

The first three pictures show her eyes without makeup. The final pictures show her from her initial consultation to after surgery.

48 years young and just one month out from her face and neck lift ✨

This beautiful patient had significant laxity along her jawline and neck that had bothered her for years. In fact, she first began noticing the changes as early as her 30s. After looking forward to this procedure for a long time, she finally decided the timing was right.

At just one month post-op, she’s healing beautifully. While there is still some residual swelling (which will continue to improve over the next few months), her refreshed jawline and smoother neck contour are already shining through.

Helping patients feel confident in their own skin is the most rewarding part of what we do. We’re so excited for her and thrilled with her progress so far.

✨ Revision rhinoplasty - 4 months post surgery✨

Excited to share this relatively early result after revision rhinoplasty.

My patient initially had endonasal rhinoplasty over 20 years ago to address her nasal hump and some tip aesthetics. She remained slightly disappointed with the lack of tip definition over the years. She finally had the courage to seek out an opinion. After a lengthy discussion about limitations because of thick skin and scar tissue as well as very poor tip support, we decided to proceed with revision surgery.

Her surgery involved harvesting septal cartilage to support her amorphous nasal tip, reducing the nasal dorsal and soft tissue grafts as well as lateral osteotomies to narrow her nasal bones. Significant scar tissue was excised from the supratip area as well.

She has required a few steroid/5FU injections post surgery, but is progressing so well!!

My gorgeous young patient came to see me a year and half ago because she has tried Morpheus, Ulthera, Kybella and threads to improve the neck and under her chin. Nothing worked, at least not for very long.

After her consultation, I didn’t think she was ready for a face and neck lift, so I offered her deep plane neck lift with platysmaplasty. This would avoid any incisions in front of the ear.

Her recovery was smooth and she was working a week after surgery! I’m so happy she finally came to see me for her 1 year follow up (better a little late, than never).

She looks amazing without any signs of surgery!

This lovely patient had previously tried non-surgical treatments like Kybella® and CoolSculpting® elsewhere, but they didn’t give her the results she hoped for and even caused some asymmetry under her chin.
