Connecting with a counselor for the first time can feel like an incredible relief, but it can also feel anxiety-provoking if you don't know what to expect. Whether you're new to therapy or are returning, it can be helpful to know upfront how the process works as every counselor's treatment approach varies. With that being said, know each session moves at your own pace and I will do everything in my power to meet you where you’re at. The time you schedule for yourself is important and we will use that time for whatever you may need on that day. As your counselor, I strive to establish a trusting, non-judgmental, and therapeutic relationship with you. I’m here to empower you as an individual, support you in managing symptoms, and to help you move forward in your life.
