Join us April 17, 2026 at Syntero's 35th Annual Catalyst for Positive Change Awards & 50th Anniversary Celebration Breakfast at Brookshire Event Venue in Delaware, OH.

This year we’ll honor 50 inspiring students from 27 Central Ohio high schools who are making a difference in their schools, communities, and the world. Students like Sahithi, a student from Dublin's Emerald Campus, who, after her father’s heart attack, founded Healthy Hearts of Ohio to provide heart health education and CPR training —reaching people as far as Armenia. ❤️

We’ll also present the Catalyst Inspiration Award to Linda Shetina Logan, CEO and President, of the Greater Columbus Sports Commission, who will share her inspirational story of resilience, perseverance, leadership, and passion in a special conversation with Crystal Mazza from NBC4 Columbus.

We had such a wonderful time at the Upper Arlington Community Health & Wellness Fair this past Saturday!

A huge thank you to the City of Upper Arlington, Ohio - Government and the Upper Arlington Public Library for hosting such a vital event and for including Syntero in the conversation about community wellness. It was inspiring to see so many local organizations coming together to support our neighbors.

We also want to give a special shout-out to our incredible clinicians, Meagan and Cara (pictured here! 📸). Thank you both for representing Syntero so well and for your deep dedication to our mission. We truly appreciate the time and care you took to connect with community members and share resources throughout the day.

Our Team is Moving Together Forward! 🎓✨

Part of celebrating Syntero’s 50th Anniversary is recognizing that our impact is only as strong as our leaders.

Today, we’re celebrating Martha Gordon, Lindsey Bitzer, and Jenna Harris for graduating from the Franklin County Behavioral Health Leadership Academy.

Over the last six months, Martha, Lindsey, and Jenna have dedicated themselves to honing their leadership skills through this intensive program hosted by Mental Health America of Ohio. By investing their time into this program, they are bringing fresh best practices back to Syntero to help manage change, tackle burnout and build a more supportive workplace.

Stronger supervisors mean a more supported team, and a more supported team means better care for everyone we serve. Here’s to the next chapter of leadership! 👏🧡

We’ve been talking a lot lately about the importance of community connection—and moments like this are a perfect example of what that truly looks like in action. Connection isn’t just about individuals; it’s built through strong partnerships among organizations working together to care for the whole person.

We’re grateful to be part of a community where collaboration makes a real difference. From nourishing food to medical care to mental health support, these partnerships help ensure neighbors feel supported, seen, and connected.

It’s especially meaningful to celebrate this alongside the Dublin Food Pantry as we both mark 50 years of serving our community. 💚 Together Forward, we’re continuing to build a healthier, more connected future—for everyone.
