"𝐈 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐚𝐚𝐚𝐲 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤."
Yesterday a client said, "You do catastrophe work."
Definitely that is one thing that characterizes my work, but there's more.
When people are having symptoms but tests, scans, and professionals aren't clear about what's going on
and they explain your issues with sophisticated medical language or from their specialized perspective even though
90-95% of the time pain issues aren't from serious medical problems, there's a disconnect.
You should easily be able to understand what's going on.
You deserve an explanation in logical everyday language. You deserve trememdous clarity about pain and even performance.
There's always a connection between our bodies and our lives.
If you're ready and willing to commit to the idea that your power to change your life is greater than a pain pill's power, or a surgery (that has no strong basis for happening), or a therapy that makes you dependent on a healthcare practitioner to keep on fixing you, then I can almost guarantee that your progress will be transformative.
If you've ever said something like, "I think I slept wrong last night."
Yeah, your pillow or bed could be "the big catastrophe,"
but if you miss all the little moments in life where your habits and patterns showed up, and you could see how the small, even imperceptible moments were the things that were actually depriving you of your freedom,
and yes, it so happened that your sleep position took you past your threshold, and outside of your comfort zone so
now you feel unbearable and persistent pain.
It's usually not the avalanche but the tiny thing that brings it all down.
If you make the commitment to work with me, the reality is you're making a commitment to working with yourself.
I'm here to help you with your functional imbalances and to show you how to begin your journey.
