🇺🇸 Happy Veteran's Day! We would like to take this opportunity to drop an appreciation post for all those who have given their time, energy, dedication and lives in service to our country.

We also thought it would be the perfect time to make sure everyone knows that we are a part of the Veterans Affairs Community Care Network. This is a program offered by the VA in collaboration with community providers to ensure veterans are able to receive treatments that the VA may not be able to provide themselves.

If you or someone you know receives care through the VA, you can request a massage referral to us from your doctor there. A typical referral is for twelve 60 minute sessions, and we have two therapists that provide services under this program. You would need to give them the name and NPI number of the therapist you'd like to see so they can send the referral directly to us in order to get you booked.

🍂✨ Happy Autumn Equinox ✨🍂

Today we stand at a powerful threshold: equal parts day and night. The Equinox is nature’s reminder that balance is possible — even if only for a fleeting moment. From here, the nights will grow longer, the air crisper, and our bodies will begin to crave rest and nourishment.

In Ayurveda, this seasonal shift calls for slowing down, gently cleansing, and preparing our bodies for the inward turn of Vata season. It’s less about restriction and more about resetting with intention — supporting lymphatic flow, nourishing with simple foods, and allowing time for productive rest (not just scrolling on the couch 😉).
