Wholesome Living celebrated one of the resident's 66th wedding anniversary by hosting the dinner for his family. We made the day special for them by ordering food from their favorite restaurant and sharing their 66 years of togetherness.
May they be blessed with many more years of love and togetherness.

Wholesome Living residents went out on brunch to Mac Donald this Sunday, (May 15th). Weather was perfect..nice and sunny. We ordered pancakes, coffee and sausages. Ate and talked about our families. Everybody had tons of fun!!

Wholesome Living had a Spring potluck last Sunday (April 24th, 2016). It was a huge success!!! Residents, their families and Wholesome Living Staff had lots of fun playing Bingo, chatting and enjoying delicious food. Families were appreciative of he get together and are already looking forward to the next one!

Residents and staff had been preparing for this gathering for weeks. We decorated the toothpicks to be used at the party, painted the ceramic cups to be used as return gifts for the families, discussed the menu, and got our hair and nails done.

On the day of the party the staff and residents worked together in laying out the tables, chairs and food (residents instructing what does where). I would say the preparation for the event was as enjoyable as the event itself.

Residents are still talking about this event and we have already started planning our next fun event.

My wife and I were fortunate to have found Wholesome Living Care Home for our 88 year old mother, Aziza, soon after her hip surgery. The owner, Versha Pradhan, and her care givers, Lea, Leo, Blessi, and Dani, provided excellent care and support, both physically and emotionally. We were very impressed with the immaculate maintenance and functioning of the facility, which turned out to be a home away from home for her.
