With SNAP benefits in limbo, the MedOne team answered the call and hosted a food drive to benefit local families in the greater Dubuque area.

Members of our team across the country donated a mix of products and cash to the drive, allowing us to drop off several boxes of food to the Dubuque Food Pantry this morning.

Great work, team, doing the right things for the right reasons.

Join us in sending a warm & heartfelt congratulations to Alayna Smith, our HR & Office Coordinator, and recently announced employee of the quarter!

This award is derived from "Core Value Call-Outs" from fellow members of the MedOne team. Among many, Laynie was most often recognized for her ability to bring her best & create and embrace positive change.

From handling complex scheduling challenges and coordinating last-minute interview changes to revamping our recruiting process and ensuring seamless coverage for teammates, she has driven major growth in her time here. She's significantly reduced our time-to-fill, single-handedly screened over 800 applicants, and overall, she keeps the MedOne office up and running with orders and logistics.

The group was asked to depict their current state using a assortment of pipe cleaners. And boy, did we have fun with that project. 😂

As we celebrate Indigenous Peoples' Day, we acknowledge this land as it once belonged to the oθaakiiwaki‧hina‧ki (Sauk), Meškwahki·aša·hina (Fox), Očhéthi Šakówiŋ (Sioux), and Kiikaapoi (Kickapoo) peoples who continue to reside here in the Midwest today.

Our headquarters carries a rich and robust history. As we honor those who occupied the territory before us, we hope to not only acknowledge but honor their legacy.
