The 2025 Champagne Soirée was a roarin’ good time!

As per MedOne tradition, we fly all of our remote employees to Dubuque for one, big, ritzy year-end shindig to recap, strategize, and just have some good old-fashioned fun!

What is fun at MedOne without a THEME? From the secret knock at the speakeasy door to the final champagne toast, this year’s “Champagne Soirée” was just the bee’s knees, and our crew was dressed to the nines, as you can see.

Last week, our CEO spoke at the Young Professionals Dubuque Symposium as part of a panel of area entrepreneurs, industry experts, and community leaders driving growth and innovation in today's business landscape.

✨ Captain's Ball 2025! ✨

Per a longstanding MedOne tradition, the local team attended the annual Captain's Ball benefitting the Dubuque Historical Society and the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium!

The River Museum offers such unique experiences to Dubuque and the surrounding area. We're lucky to have this community staple right downtown!

With SNAP benefits in limbo, the MedOne team answered the call and hosted a food drive to benefit local families in the greater Dubuque area.

Members of our team across the country donated a mix of products and cash to the drive, allowing us to drop off several boxes of food to the Dubuque Food Pantry this morning.

Great work, team, doing the right things for the right reasons.

Join us in sending a warm & heartfelt congratulations to Alayna Smith, our HR & Office Coordinator, and recently announced employee of the quarter!

This award is derived from "Core Value Call-Outs" from fellow members of the MedOne team. Among many, Laynie was most often recognized for her ability to bring her best & create and embrace positive change.

From handling complex scheduling challenges and coordinating last-minute interview changes to revamping our recruiting process and ensuring seamless coverage for teammates, she has driven major growth in her time here. She's significantly reduced our time-to-fill, single-handedly screened over 800 applicants, and overall, she keeps the MedOne office up and running with orders and logistics.
