Kennedy Mall (common areas), 555 John F. Kennedy Rd. 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Multicultural Family Center, 1157 Central Ave. 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
PetCo (pet friendly), 2541 Northwest Arterial. 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.

The Dubuque Rescue Mission has overnight accommodations for men only.

For evening and overnight assistance, call Community Solutions of Eastern Iowa’s (CSEI) Coordinated Entry Line at 833-587-8322. CSEI staff will answer calls between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays. If calling after hours or on the weekend, please leave a message.
