We’re Excited to Welcome You to Our New Spaces!

Big changes are happening at Hillcrest Family Services, and we’re excited for what’s ahead!

As part of our continued expansion and goal to provide excellent care, we’re bringing many of our programs together into one connected ecosystem—making it easier for clients and families to access coordinated, high-quality care in one place as well as relocating services to give them room to grow!

Hillcrest is opening the Dubuque Behavioral Health Services Center at 2005 Asbury Road Dubuque, Iowa 52001. This center will focus on a collaborative care approach with our A New Day Walk In Center, Outpatient Mental Health Services, Community Support Services, Behavioral Health Intervention Services, and Addiction Recovery Services all under ONE roof!

📍 To help you navigate these changes, we have included the list of new addresses with each service. We encourage you to reference it as you prepare for your next visit.
While locations may be changing, your services, care teams, and support will remain the same.

The Dubuque Rescue Mission has overnight accommodations for men only.

For evening and overnight assistance, call Community Solutions of Eastern Iowa’s (CSEI) Coordinated Entry Line at 833-587-8322. CSEI staff will answer calls between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays. If calling after hours or on the weekend, please leave a message.
