Bridge hold w marches âĄď¸ Begins to challenge single leg glute strength and pelvis stability, without needing the strength for a full single leg bridge (but that would be next step)
Plank shoulder taps âĄď¸ Challenges weight acceptance through your core/shoulder girdle
Modified side plank w leg lift âĄď¸ Adds a more dynamic challenge needed for strong outer glutes (great for runners)
Squat w plate press âĄď¸ Shifts weight forward so your core and spine are challenge to keep you upright
