I’ve been talking with friends who have kids and grandkids, and a common thread in conversation is that the littles are catching whatever bugs are around at school or daycare, and of course, bringing them home to the rest of the family. ❤️🐝❤️I’ve been laser focused on my skin this week. It’s feeling (and looking) a bit dull , so I’ve been using my B Essential Wellness sugar scrubs, my B Essential Anti-Aging Serum and facial bar, and of course, my B Essential Wellness Firming Body Oil!❤️🐝❤️

Almost everyone knows I’ve been out of commission from major reconstructive surgery on my left foot since mid-November, but today was my second day mindfully navigating my indoor environment without crutches. In the spirit of reclaiming my real life, I thought I would do a little cleaning— my best guy has been taking such good care of me, but he can’t do everything!❤️🐝❤️

I grabbed my B Essential Wellness Merry & Bright All Surface Spray and one of my reusable paper towels from my friends at Back Forty One Kids and got to work on the microwave. That’s one of the things I don’t always think about unless something explodes in it🤣🐝🤣.

Supplies in hand, I gave my spray bottle a little shake, sprayed the inside of the microwave, let it sit for about 30 seconds, then just wiped away whatever was inside with my reusable paper towel. It even worked great on the glass window, inside and out!❤️🐝❤️

I love the idea of reusable cleaning cloths— I always have a bunch on hand. I rinse them out after every use and hang them to dry. After a few uses, they go into the wash and they’re truly good as new! Economical, planet-friendly and cute too! Also, practically free when you calculate price per use😉🐝😉.

As with most things all natural and plant-based, a little goes a long way—cost effective and gets the job done.
