Sam began her journey with us as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and has since worn many hats — from Patient Care Coordinator to her current role as Administrative Director. Through it all, Sam has been a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly — training team members, supporting staff, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.

Outside of work, Sam and her husband stay busy with their two adorable daughters and love spending time together at their family pond in Dyersville. 🐟💞
