This Valentine's Day, we are reminding our students (and you!) that love starts from within. Before we can spread kindness to others, we have to fill our own cups.
3 Ways to Practice Mindful Love today:
🤲 Hug Yourself: Literally! Wrap your arms around yourself and squeeze.
🌬️ Breathe into your Heart: Take 3 deep breaths, imagining your heart expanding with every inhale.
🗣️ Speak Kindly: Talk to yourself like you would talk to a best friend.
