We are back with a new Wellness Wednesday! We are giving away 10 FREE dinner kits to patients so you can make this easy one-pot high-fiber beef chili at home. If you are a patient and would like to reserve your dinner kit, please contact Cassie by email (cfoley@crescentchc.org), phone (563.690.2883), or stop by the Wellness Center.

Kits will be available for pick-up Tuesday, February 24 from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. at Crescent. This offer is first come, first serve, so reserve your space quickly.

Last week, representatives from Crescent Community Health Center and the Iowa Primary Care Association traveled to Washington, D.C. to advocate for community health centers and the critical resources our patients rely on.
