Thank you so much to the Dyersville Area Community Foundation for supporting the Dyersville Autism Clinic!

At its annual grant award ceremony, the Dyersville Area Community Foundation funded 14 projects totaling $25,336, Oct. 16 at the Dyersville Golf and Country Club.

We had an unforgettable time celebrating homecoming at both Dubuque Senior and Dubuque Hempstead recently! Residents and staff were dressed to impress and enjoyed evenings filled with music, dancing, and lots of smiles.

As an added bonus, a generous anonymous guest at Applebee’s surprised our group by paying for their meal! We are so grateful for this act of kindness—it truly made the evening one to remember. Be sure to scroll through the photos to see some of our favorite moments from these special events!

Last week, our Autism Services clients spent time learning all about community helpers — and had some very special visitors to help bring the lesson to life!

A huge thank you to Dubuque Fire Department and Dubuque County Sheriff's Office for stopping by, showing off their gear, and taking time to connect. Everyone loved exploring the equipment, asking questions, and learning how these amazing helpers keep our communities safe!

The folks with the Day Habilitation program had a blast this week with a special visit from a Isaih Hessling, a caricature artist! Everyone loved seeing their personalities come to life on paper — lots of smiles, laughter, and creative fun all around. A big thank you to our talented guest for sharing their time and artistry with us!

A big shoutout to the University of Dubuque Cheer & Stunt team for spending their morning yesterday helping with staining a deck and fall cleanup at our community homes! Your energy, teamwork, and positive spirit made a big difference — and our yards (and deck!) are looking great thanks to you!
