Have you checked out our silent auciton yet? If you are unable to get to Burger Night on Thursday, you have a few chances to see the items up at Sunnycrest before they move to Burger Night. Check out the items by 430pm today or 10am-2pm tomorrow! Otherwise, catch the silent auction at Burger Night. You can pay for a meal at the entrance. 5-730 (SILENT AUCTION CLOSES AT 7pm) at Asbury Eagles Club! Several new items have been added including a special basket from our Hart Blossom Workshop, religious statues and a golfing certificate!

Thank you for helping us meet our goal for ticket sales for Burger Night! We have sold 245 tickets; that's a record for us! If you weren't able to purchase a ticket in advance, you can show up at the door and pay to dine at Asbury Eagles Club on Thursday night 5-730pm! You can also come up to Sunnycrest to check out our fantastic silent auction 9am-4pm Tuesday or Wednesday. The Silent Auction will move to Asbury Eagles Club for Burger Night. More items have been added including religious garden statues, Bunker Hill Golf Course gift certificate, patriotic and seasonal wreaths, picnic goodies, gift cards and so much more!

Check out our Sunnycrest Manor Auxiliary's Silent Auction! Stop in at Sunnycrest and make a bid! Tonight we will have it on display until 8pm! We also have tickets for sale; Burger Night is next Thurs, April 2 at Asbury Eagles Club. Tickets are $12 for adults and $7 for kids under 10. Can't make it tonight? Stop up at Sunnycrest 9a-4p M-F to make your bids. All these items will move to Burger Night where bids will close at 7pm on 4/2! There are some FANTASTIC items!

At last month's Resident Activity Planning Meeting, Ryan Scott suggested a disco party. Not only would he attend, but he would help plan. We utilized decorations from our 2018 "Flower Power" Prom and invited staff and residents to dress in the theme. Ryan created a great disco playlist for yesterday's party and danced almost every dance! He got the crowd into it; we all had a blast! Thank you, Ryan!

We had so much FUN with our Casino Days! One was held in late January. We received some volunteer help from New Eagle Group and Sunnycrest Manor Auxiliary to make that one a success. One was held earlier this month. Clarke Social Work students and staff volunteered to make that one another success! We thank all those who helped to bring these events to life. Our Sunnycrest Manor Auxiliary provided loads of change for the prizes; everyone was a big winner!

As we look forward to March, here's are a few snapshots in time of February. We made Valentines and bird feeders. We enjoyed parfaits created by Natalie and Janaan from our Dietary Dept. We celebrated a resident by wearing our animal prints and enjoying her favorites-flowers and Coca-Cola:)

We have Olympic champs right here at Sunnycrest! Our NF residents participated in 4 events ( Balloon Batting, Bean Bag Toss, Sock Curling and Table Top Hockey) to win the gold, silver and bronze. Our official medal count ended up at Deerwood-1, Eagle Ridge-2, Arbor Mist-4 and River Bluff-5. A lot of fun was had in the attempt for gold! We also enjoyed an Opening Ceremony in which all participants were able to carry the torch:)
