Empowermental Hi, I am Eryka, the owner & instructor of Empowermental. I am a 1st degree black belt & have been teaching self-defense classes for over 22 years.

*Self-Defense programs that are personalized & age specific.
*Cardio Kickboxing that is modifiable & includes a variety of moves.
**Private classes are available upon request** Our Self-Defense classes/programs:

I love when my clients go with my quirky ideas!

I originally was holding C while my client hit them but she was worried she would hurt me... so we decided to tie C to one of the punching bags. It worked great!!

C looks like a kid in a high chair, or Cooper from American Housewife in the baby harness.... but it works & is effective.
