It is so much more than sweat! 💦 There is more and more research showing benefits of sauna, and here at Dubuque PT, we encourage ways to help you feel better.

Just like regular exercise 🏋️ , good nutrition 🍎 and hydration 💧 all help your body perform at it's best, so does routine sauna use. And really, it feels SOOOOO nice and warm on these colder days.

We now have lower prices to make it even more affordable! 💵 We are offering sauna sessions as part of our Peosta Recovery Room offerings at $30 per session (up to 45 min) or buy a 5 session punch card for $100 ($20 per session!).

Physical Therapists unite!

Dubuque PT teamed up for the 3rd year in a row with Unified Therapy Services Dubuque & Lancaster and Physical Therapy Solutions - Dubuque to donate food to the River Bend Food Bank, St. Stephen's Branch in Dubuque earlier this week as part of Global PT Day of Service. November is Physical Therapy Month, and we are glad to serve our community in many ways!

It's time for our annual food drive! Each year we have a friendly competition with Unified Therapy and Physical Therapy Solutions to collect food for St. Stephen's Food Bank in Dubuque! The foods they need the most include:

• Canned Fruit
• Canned Meat
• Tuna
• Peanut Butter
• Soups
