Airborne Allergies 🤧 are starting to affect some people in the Spring time as everything starts to bloom. Here are some essential oil tips to help symptoms.

* Apply 2 drops DoTerra Lavender and 2 drops Peppermint with 1 tsp. Fractionated coconut oil or a carrier oil of your preference to the bottoms of the feet- focusing on the tips of the toes... Why the tips of the toes? This is the acupressure points for the sinuses based on Chinese Medicine.
* Apply 2 x a day or as needed, not to exceed 25-30 drops a day for an adult.

Not only will your feet appreciate the rubdown and the cooling of the peppermint, but you may have other favorable responses such as less body aches and pains and it’s a great treatment to wind down at the end of the day!
