As we step into the final month of the year, our studio theme for December is JOY — not the fleeting, high-energy kind, but the deep, steady joy that lives underneath all the noise. In yoga, joy is a practice of presence. It’s the softening that happens when we breathe deeply, the warmth we feel in community, and the quiet moments on our mats that remind us of our own light.

This month also brings the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year and a beautiful turning point toward the return of the light. It’s a natural invitation to slow down, reconnect, and make space for the joy that already exists within us — even in the darker season.
