Had a great turn out this morning for the free Gentle Flow Yoga this morning in Dexter Hall of the Charlton Public Library! ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธReally made my yoga heart happy that so many people in the area appreciate the benefits of yoga! ๐Ÿ’œ
Next free session is Saturday, October 18th at 10am. Mark your calendars and pre- registering on the library website is recommended. โ˜‘๏ธ

We're thrilled that Saturday yoga is back!
Breathe, stretch, and unwind in this relaxing 60-minute yoga class. Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike, this class will blend gentle, mindful movement with calming breathwork and end in a deeply restful savasana.

Bring a mat, water bottle and any props. (Some blocks and knee pads available). Led by Erin Anderson โ€“ RYT-200 yoga instructor and SEL facilitator.

This program is for adult and teens ages 13 and up.
