Lower vibrations are:

The triggers that could cause us to raise our vibration

The identifiers of our healing potential

The drivers of our growth/success

What we may need to accept and love to the point where they are no longer triggers but an aspect of ourselves we are mindful of

How do we raise our vibration? Meditation, exercise, taking walks in nature, clean eating, being mindful and changing thought patterns and emotions such as:

Low vibration: Anger, sadness, hatred, jealousy, depression, fear, negative self talk

High vibration: Forgiveness, compassion, love, joy, gratitude, become the observer

As I sank into my steamy bath with candles lit and meditation music playing...I closed my eyes and heard the whispers of a divine goddess within an orange and gold temple filled with smoke from incense of Frankincense and Myrrh.
