Hello lovelies!! My name is Lauren Strong, and I am getting started as a doula in the Duluth area. I received my education through the Indie Birth Doula Academy (Indie Birth Association is a great resource for all things birth!!). I am SO excited to begin serving women, babies, and families throughout their fertility and pregnancy journeys!

Here’s some fun facts about me as we begin to build a community in this space:
•I am a faithful follower of Jesus, which means I believe that your female body was divinely created to birth new life.
•My husband and I just got married on May 28th, 2022. He is my greatest blessing!
•I love baking and cooking, especially when I get to tweak recipes to make them more nourishing. My favorite things to make (and eat!!) are cream scones and any kind of pasta.
•Dressage is one of my favorite hobbies. I will proudly claim the horse girl label!
