I’m looking to interview a few people who currently host retreats, or are planning to host one within the next year.
It’s required for a class I’m taking
If that’s you, I’d love to ask you a few questions to better understand your needs as I work on a project for a retreat center on the North Shore.
This will be short (15 min or less), and your insights will directly help me pass my class and understand the needs or retreat hosts (Could be Yoga Retreat, Healing Retreat, Church retreat, Business retreat etc).

What a gorgeous ride this week has been.
The peace and joy are still resonating through me.
We laughed. We cried. We softened. We became strong.
We let go, and remembered who we truly are.

THE RIVER KNOWS August 14-16 Superior, Duluth MN

-Amanda and I met 6 or 7 years ago (haha 6-7 for those of you with teens). I don’t remember the year or the date, but I’ll never forget the moment. Amanda is stunningly beautiful but her essence is really what captivates you (iykyk)✨ I believe I was stopped in my tracks and speechless.

We’ve had many of these moments (stopped in my tracks and speechless) throughout the years of our friendship that has resulted in both of us knowing we were being connected for reasons far beyond what initially meets the earthly eye. The gifts that have been shown and expressed that have come through between us feels really special.
A lot of my needs to be validated early on in my spiritual work were validated through Amanda- but not because SHE validated them; because Spirit used both of us to show me I didn’t need human validation for this work —Yes it’s nice- but the value is in being the vessel—

She’s been a mentor and friend and someone who speaks wisdom, truth and is there for the depths of conversation in which I like to delve. She’s equally someone who I can also speak truth to and she will truly be with it.

I’ll share more on Amanda’s work (in another post or in comments) which is potent and unique.

Our upcoming Retreat, I believe, will also be potent and unique. I believe when Amanda and I work together we bring out the best in each other (just like our friendship)- we provide space for wisdom, truth and safety- even when it’s raw.

I also want to bring light to the beautiful who will be crafting a Sound Bath experience for this retreat! She’s one of a kind and her gift in sound bath is just-wow 💫
