Mindfulness Alphabet 🌿
"B" is our letter today- for Body.
So often, we move through the day without noticing the signals our body is sending, rushing past what’s right here. Mindfulness begins by slowing down enough to listen.
Take a gentle moment to scan from head to toe. Notice areas of tightness, warmth, or ease, and the natural rhythm of your breath. There’s nothing to fix—just observe with curiosity.
Let your body be exactly as it is.
