We are so happy to officially be open in St. Louis Park. Yesterday we celebrated our grand opening and it was everything we hoped for and more. The energy in the studio, the classes, and getting to meet so many of you made it so special. So many familiar faces and so many new ones.

We’ve been working on something new for summer classes and we’re excited to finally share it.

Starting May 1st, all summer classes will include a 10 minute outdoor run at the beginning. The goal is to build endurance, get your heart rate up before class, and take advantage of the warmer months ahead.

Classes will also be extended to 60 minutes to accommodate the added time.

We’ll meet at the start location, head out together, then come back in to move through the rest of class as usual. Rain or shine.

We think it’s going to be a really fun way to switch things up and challenge you in a new way.

We will be announcing the winners later this week, but just want to take a second to remind everyone that whether you want to get in, sweat, and get your heart rate up or you need a moment to relax, reset, and slow down, we have options for you here.

However you show up, it counts.

Just a gentle reminder: Savasana is not the time to pack up.
It is the whole point.

That final moment at the end of class is where everything actually lands. Your body softens, your mind slows down, and all the work you just did has space to settle in. It is not just laying there. It is integration.

We know it can be tempting to sneak out early, but staying for those last few minutes is part of the practice. Next class, give yourself permission to fully relax. No rushing. No to-do list. Just you, your breath, and a moment to reset.
