Duluth Counseling Center is seeking an individual to fill a role providing direct clerical support to our office manager. This person will work along side the office manager in an assistant role and will be cross trained to fulfill receptionist duties.

Qualified candidates would be organized, reliable, responsible, and enjoy working with people. The right individual would have a strong work ethic and an ability to multitask. They would have a basic understanding of computers and a willingness to learn software programs utilized by the clinic.

This position will be 15-20 hours per week. We are open to flexibility on hours during working business day hours with the exceptions of Fridays.
• Fridays are a must. Must be able to work every Friday from 8am-4:30pm

Pay $10-$12 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Scheduling
Microsoft Word

Greeting clients
Office cleaning
Data entry
Filing
Receptionist duties
