Wim Hof mini workshop!!

Join us for an invigorating mini-workshop that explores the benefits of cold plunge therapy and breathwork. Under the guidance of Wim Hof Instructor, Loralee Pasley, this immersive workshop will begin with gentle warm-up exercises to prepare your body for the cold. You will learn about the WIM HOF METHOD breathwork, cold plunge and mindfulness. Exposure to cold water reduces inflammation and boosts your immunity. There are studies that suggest that regular ice baths help to reduce anxiety, depression, manage PTSD triggers, and other mental and emotional disorders. This class creates an experience that is fun, liberating and leaves you feeling refreshed and empowered. Tomorrow I am hosting a cold plunge, Breathwork, Sauna experience!! If you’re newer to the cold plunge community, I will help guide you in give you the science behind cold plunging. Go back-and-forth between sauna and cold plunge as many times as you would like. Learn proper protocol for breathing in the sauna!! Appetizers, beverages, fun and health
