Duluth Yoga Our Mission is to share our true passion for yoga, healthy living and to give everyone the opportuni Vinyasa Yoga can also be referred to as Power Yoga.

Duluth Yoga specializes in professional and accessible instruction of Vinyasa yoga. Classes are offered in varying degrees of heat and humidity. Duluth Yoga places extra emphasis on breath, thoughtful movement and the practice of connecting the two together. We believe in the immeasurable physical and mental benefits of yoga, and we also understand the science and art behind it. Duluth Yoga believes that yoga truly is for every body and strives to make yoga accessible through a variety of classes, from beginner to more advanced levels, and at class times that meet your schedule needs.
