Duluth IRTS (Intensive Residential Treatment Services) located by UMD is seeking Mental Health Practitioners also known as Behavioral Health Practitioners. Available positions include Program Director (Full-time, M-F, on-call), Day Shift (8am-4pm, Full-time FTE 1.0, Evening Shift (4pm-midnight, Full-time FTE 1.0, Part-time FTE 0.6, Every Other Weekend FTE 0.2). No hands-on cares, all clients are independent with cares. MHRP/BHPR role includes 1:1 daily encounters/meetings with clients to work on treatment goals, leading daily groups, light cleaning, meal preparation, teaching ILS (independent living skills), coordination of care (scheduling appointments), medication administration, documentation (FAs, ITPS, etc.). Hands on training provided.
