Who’s out there?? First share / post in years! 😜

September 1st is as big as Jan 1st in the fitness business.⁣

Summer is over. Vacations completed, Schools and colleges are back.⁣

It’s the time everyone starts training again. ⁣

The mistake I see people making at this time of the year is trying to do too much at once.⁣

While it’s tempting to jump into an extreme training and nutrition program and try to lose double the fat you may have gained over the summer in half the time, I take a different approach.⁣

A relentless ex*****on of the basics.⁣

Yes we’re going to step it up slightly, but going extreme always seems to backfire in my experience.

Instead - I recommend…

Get consistent with strength training ⁣
Clean up your nutrition (don’t go extreme here)⁣
Get your step count up or add cardio ⁣

Sounds simple. And it is. ⁣
But simple and easy aren’t the same thing.⁣

We have a solid 12 weeks before the winter holidays begin, and a few more after that before I rewrite this post in Jan 😉
