Nicole is a dedicated mother, grandmother, wife, caregiver, and published author. With over 31 years of experience in elder care, she brings both compassion and expertise to her work. Having experienced healthcare as a patient, caregiver, and family member, Nicole deeply understands client needs, family concerns, and the challenges caregivers face.

She holds an Associate's degree in Christian Counseling, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services with a concentration in Behavioral Health, and a Master of Arts in Public Health.

Nicole is actively involved in her community and is a passionate advocate for domestic violence survivors, women and children, mental health, the homeless, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities. She is a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated, the New Vision Christian Church choir, and the Women's Empowerment Network on Domestic Violence.

● Assists in meal planning, purchases of foods, and food preparation.
● Washes dishes and cleans the kitchen after meals.
● Assists the client to live in a clean, healthy, and safe environment.
● Observes the client’s general physical, emotional and mental conditions, and reports all changes in condition to Registered Nurse (RN).
● Documents and keeps appropriate records of all service activities while in the client’s home.
● Provides medication reminders and supervises the self-administration of the medication(s).

At Chadon Health Services we offer a wide variety of services for all aspects of treatment and support, from highly skilled nursing care to very specialized personal care for our patients to light housekeeping and meal preparation. There is also respite care to provide much needed breaks for the family. Our home health care professionals work with you and establish a plan of care to provide services to meet those needs. Home care is usually less expensive, more convenient, and having care provided at home is most often preferred.
