Mindful Breathing for Floating and Beyond

In this class, you will:
*Connect the positive aspects of floating with your everyday life
*Discover mindful breathing techniques
*Understand the fundamentals of the nervous system and its connection to stress
*Gain valuable tools to enrich your float experience
*Enhance your float experience from start to finish
Whether you are new to floating or have years of experience, this class will provide you with the essential skills to deepen your practice and make the most of your time in and out of the tank.
No prior experience or knowledge of breathwork is necessary.
The class lasts approximately one hour and thirty minutes.
During the session, you’ll receive a concise overview of how breathwork can assist in alleviating stress, along with extra tips and techniques to enhance your float experience.
Cost: $40 per person
