中国胃,早上喝粥最适合不过。
宋代张耒《粥记》:
“每晨起,食粥一大碗,
空腹胃虚,谷气便作,所补不细,又极柔腻,
与脏腑相得,最为饮食之良。”
和现在不太一样的是,
古人并不是顿顿米饭白粥,而是吃杂粮。
所谓“五谷为养”,
坚持以杂粮做主食,
比吃什么膏方、虫草、贵品都要养人。
