Project Joy was created by the Plys family to honor Patrick Plys after his long battle with brain cancer. Even in the face of unimaginable loss, Patrick chose joy. Today, his legacy lives on through Project Joy’s mission to help end childhood hunger in our Northland community.

Happy National Administrative Professionals Day to two incredible members of our TPD team, Stephanie and Pamela! 💛

These two keep so many moving pieces of our clinic running smoothly every single day. From helping patients navigate appointments and insurance to supporting the entire team behind the scenes, their organization, patience, and positivity make a huge difference for both our staff and our patients.

Pamela, our Insurance Administrator, is truly powered by kindness (her self-declared superpower, and we agree!). When she’s not helping patients understand the ins and outs of insurance, you’ll likely find her outdoors capturing photos of sunsets, wildlife, or anything nature has to offer. She’s also the proud mom of two very high-maintenance and very hilarious French Bulldogs, Henry and Frannie. 🐾🌿

Stephanie, our Clinic Administrative Assistant, brings energy and laughter to the clinic every day. She’s obsessed with all things pink (bonus points if there’s glitter), loves a great comedy show, and is the proud human to Ralphy, her stubborn and hilarious basset hound puppy. She’s also a bit of a Duluth architecture enthusiast and could probably give you a personal tour of Glensheen Mansion. 💗✨
